Asain Inspired Black Beans

1 can black beans, undrained
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated peeled ginger root
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar

Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 - 20 minutes.

Serve over rice.
